Hi! I'm Kevin Yang, a sophomore at Stanford University majoring in electrical engineering and computer science.

Future

This spring, I'll be taking some time off school to be a hardware engineering intern at Apple designing camera modules and stuff. This summer, I'll be a software engineering intern at Meta. I'm looking forward to seeing where my passions for hardware/software intersect.

Currently, I'm...

taking classes on natural language processing, signal processing, circuits, and robotics. In my free time, I'm hanging out at Sigma Nu, discussing entrepreneurship in engineering at Pear VC Garage, reading The Sovereign Individual, at the gym, or training neural networks.

Previously, I...
  • was named one of the top 40 young scientists in the nation's oldest and most prestigious STEM competition, Regeneron STS, for my materials engineering research engineering a novel greenhouse film
  • built from scratch an AI pavement management app for ROADATA, a Stanford venture-backed startup
  • designed and developed business models and products to address customer needs with the Stanford Graduate School of Business in Startup Garage
